We found the level of support excellent, especially feeling comfortable to send an email or phone for help when we needed it.  I really liked the audio files because I could listen to the training and did not need to sit down and read a lot and I found that the weekly teleconferences were very good because I could phone in from wherever I was in my business, then go back to my business and take a fresh look based on the conference.  I was IN my work while doing the training and I was more confident and comfortable like this.

It was very helpful having others from another industry in the group because we got to hear how they coped with similar problems. Some of the worries I had with contractors and employees were so much less than they had coped with and they explained how they did it. This added perspective and a broader viewpoint.  It was very good to look outside our own industry to a broader viewpoint.

I found the online learning worked much better than when we had tried to get together as a group because as a group we tended to think in a smaller way and not move outside our old ideas. The online group worked really well
